Khareba Tunnel Winery

Bodega Khareba en tunel Nestled in the heart of the Kakheti region, Khareba Winery is distinguished by its extraordinary tunnel system carved into the Caucasian mountain, extending more than 7.7 kilometres at a depth of 60 metres. Originally built during the Soviet era, this underground labyrinth maintains a constant natural temperature of 12–14°C, creating ideal conditions for wine ageing. The winery combines traditional Georgian winemaking methods in qvevri with modern technology, producing exceptional wines from native grapes such as Saperavi and Rkatsiteli. During our visit, we will walk through the mysterious tunnels with torches in hand, learn about Georgia's 8,000 years of wine history and taste a select variety of wines while enjoying the local gastronomy.

Rustaveli Avenue

Avenida Rustaveli Rustaveli Avenue, the main artery of Tbilisi, stretches for 1.5 kilometres from Freedom Square to Republic Square. This emblematic street, named after the medieval poet Shota Rustaveli, houses the most prestigious buildings in the city, including the Parliament of Georgia, the Opera Theatre and the National Museum, all built in neoclassical and Art Nouveau style during the 19th century. During our stroll, we will enjoy the vibrant Georgian cultural life, stop at its elegant historic cafes and admire the monumental architecture while exploring the numerous shops and art galleries.  

Metekhi Square

Plaza de Metekhi Metekhi Square, one of the most iconic historic sites in Tbilisi, rises above a cliff with stunning views of the Mtkvari River. This landmark is dominated by the 13th-century church and the equestrian statue of King Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of the city. The square was for centuries home to the royal palace, consolidating itself as a strategic and cultural centre. Although the original church was built in the 5th century, the structure we can admire today is a 13th-century reconstruction. During our tour, we will delight in the impressive panoramic views of the old town and the famous bath district. We will also explore Metekhi Church and immerse ourselves in the fascinating history of the king who, with his vision, established Tbilisi as the capital of Georgia, forging one of the most representative places of Georgian heritage.  

Narikala Fortress

Fortaleza Narikala Narikala Fortress, the iconic symbol of Tbilisi, has dominated the city's skyline since the 4th century. This ancient citadel, originally Persian and later expanded by Arabs and Georgians, rises above a steep hill overlooking the Mtkvari River and the old town. Its imposing walls and towers have witnessed the various civilisations that have ruled Georgia, including the reconstructed St Nicholas Church from the 12th century. During our visit, we will take the cable car up to the fortress, walk along its ancient defensive walls and capture stunning panoramic views of Tbilisi as the sun sets over the city.  

Abanotubani

Abanotubani Abanotubani, the historic sulphurous bath district in the heart of old Tbilisi, represents the original core where the Georgian capital was founded. Located on the right bank of the Mtkvari River, this neighbourhood is famous for its characteristic sulphur baths with brick domes emerging from the ground, bearing witness to more than 1,500 years of history. The natural thermal waters that spring from the earth maintain a constant temperature of 37–40°C, and their healing properties have attracted illustrious visitors such as Alexander Pushkin and Alexandre Dumas. During our visit, we will immerse ourselves in the streets of these legendary thermal waters and get lost among the picturesque medieval alleyways that wind between the baths, breathing in the most authentic essence of ancient Tbilisi.  

Anchiskhati

Anchiskhati Anchiskhati Basilica, the oldest church in Tbilisi, is a vital testament to Georgia's Christian history since the 6th century. Located in the heart of the old town, this sandstone church, dedicated to the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, owes its name to the miraculous icon of Christ (Anchiskhati) that it housed for centuries. Its three-nave basilica architecture, typically Georgian, is complemented by medieval frescoes and a 17th-century bell tower. During our exploration, we will participate in the mystical atmosphere of the temple, listen to the ancient Georgian polyphonic chants that still resonate in its walls and admire the craftsmanship of its traditional icons.

Ananuri Ananuri, an impressive medieval fortress located 66 kilometres from Tbilisi, rises majestically above the Zhinvali Reservoir on the historic Georgian Military Highway. This 13th-century architectural complex, which served as the seat of the eristavi (dukes) of Aragvi, combines defensive elements with extraordinary examples of Georgian religious architecture, the main church standing out with intricate stone reliefs and well-preserved frescoes. During our visit, we will explore the fortified towers, admire the panoramic views of the turquoise reservoir and discover the secrets of medieval Georgian architecture as we stroll through its ancient cobbled courtyards.  

Gergeti Trinity Church

Trinidad de Gergeti The Gergeti Trinity Church stands majestically at 2,170 metres altitude in the shadow of Mount Kazbegi (5,047 m). This iconic 14th-century temple, situated in the historic region of Khevi, is one of the most recognisable symbols of Georgia, distinguished by its remote location and traditional Georgian architecture against the backdrop of the snow-capped Caucasus mountains. During our excursion, we will ascend in a 4x4 along the winding mountain road, explore the ancient monastic complex and contemplate the panoramic views of the glaciers and surrounding peaks.

The site is particularly notable for the Church of the Dormition, which preserves exceptional 12th-century frescoes, including a famous portrait of Queen Tamar. Sataplia

Sataplia Located in the Imereti region of Georgia, Sataplia Nature Reserve is an extraordinary natural park that combines geological and palaeontological wonders. This unique site takes its name from the Georgian word meaning "honey place", due to the ancient wild beehives in its limestone caves. The park houses one of the world's most important collections of dinosaur footprints, preserved in Upper Cretaceous rocks, alongside a spectacular karst cave system decorated with stalactites and stalagmites. Its glass viewing platform offers unparalleled panoramic views of Kutaisi and the Caucasus mountains. During our adventure, we will follow the footprints of theropod dinosaurs, explore the mysteriously lit caverns and marvel at the views from the observation platform that seems to float above the forest.

Prometheus Cave

Shekvetili Dendrological Park

Parque dendrógico de Shekvetili Shekvetili Dendrological Park is located on the Black Sea coast in the Guria region of Georgia, representing one of the most innovative and modern botanical gardens in the Caucasus. This fascinating green space, opened in 2020, covers 60 hectares of land where more than 200 species of exotic plants are displayed in different microclimates and themed environments. The park stands out for its state-of-the-art tropical greenhouse, its Japanese gardens and its impressive collection of giant bamboo and palm trees. During our tour, we will marvel at the elevated walkways among the treetops, explore the largest hedge maze in Georgia and enjoy the panoramic views from the observation tower that dominates the entire botanical complex.  

Batumi

BatumiLocated on the Black Sea coast, Batumi is the second largest city in Georgia and the capital of the Adjara region, standing out as an important seaport and tourist destination in the Caucasus. This vibrant city combines a rich history dating back to the 4th century BC with a surprising contemporary architecture, where futuristic buildings intertwine with elegant 19th-century constructions. Batumi Boulevard, a 7-kilometre seafront promenade, represents the heart of the city, while its old town charms with cobblestone alleyways and traditional Georgian balconies. During our visit, we will stroll along the lively boulevard by the sea, enjoy Adjaran cuisine in traditional restaurants and marvel at the light and music spectacle of the Dancing Fountains, a unique experience combining modernity with the charm of the old world.

Gonio Fortress

Fortaleza de Gonio Gonio Fortress, located near the Black Sea coast a few kilometres from Batumi in Georgia, is a historically significant monument. Built in the Roman period, this fortification dates from the 1st century AD and is considered one of the oldest archaeological sites in the country. Famous for its defensive design and connection to the Silk Road, Gonio also harbours legends related to the tomb of the Apostle Matthias, making this place a blend of history and myth. During our visit we will walk its ancient walls, explore the archaeological museum and discover the mysteries and legends surrounding this fascinating destination by the Black Sea.
